By making a reservation at Alexandar Vacation Home, you agree to our booking terms and conditions. Please read these reservation terms & conditions carefully. Booking Deposit / Advance Payment: We require a booking deposit of 25% of the total rental fee, payable with reservation on our website. Payment: We accept payment up to three installments. 10% of total rental fee is due immediately with reservation (Booking Deposit). 50% of total rental fee is due on/before two weeks to check-in date (Payment on Invoice). Full rental fee is due cash on arrival, or by bank transfer 7 days before check-in date. PLEASE NOTE THAT FAILURE TO MAKE THE PAYMENTS AS AT WHEN DUE WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION, AND THE RELEVANT CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY. Cancellation terms/conditions: FLEXIBLE depending on the room type and season. Applicable cancellation fees/charges is indicated beside the room rates during online reservation on our website. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing (e-mail or WhatsApp), and requires a confirmation mail from us. 1) Cancellation up to 21 Days prior to your check-in date is Free of Charge. 2) Cancellation 20 - 7 Days prior to check-in date, cancellation fee is 10% of the total rental amount. 3) Cancellation 6 - 3 Days prior to check-in date, cancellation fee is 50% of the total rental amount. 4) Cancellation less than 2 Days prior to check-in date or a No-show, the full reservation amount will be charged. Refund term/conditions: Refundable amount is minus any incurred transaction fees and bank charges. Refunds can only be made to a bank account with a valid IBAN and SWIFT/BIC code or directly to your PAYPAL account. We will not be responsible for any extra transaction charges that might be incurred in the process of a refund. Minimum Stay: Three nights standard, during high season varies per accommodation type (two or one night). Children: Welcome! Extra fees may apply if extra beds are needed. Check-in: 1pm. Needs to be coordinated in advance, as we do not have a reception. Check-out: 10am. Late check-out is possible when available and requires advance confirmation from us. Late check-out is free of charge. Car Parking: Parking is available on the property and its free of charge. Security Deposit: We require a security deposit (cash on check-in) which is refundable (cash on check-out) in full if no damages occur. Where the damages are higher than the deposit amount, we reserve the right to charge you additional fees up to the maximum amount of the damages. Pets: We welcome dogs, only one per booking. A Pet Fee of 15Euro/stay is payable with reservation. Arriving with a pet means you have automatically agreed to below conditions for pets. 1) you understand that we do not provide pet facilities / services. And you agree 2) to pick up your pet's poop in the garden and elsewhere in the property, a penalty fee of 25Euro applies to violation which is payable cash at check-out. 3) to ensure that your Pet does not disturb other guests 4) to ensure that your Pet does not damage hotel or other guests properties 5) to not allow your Pet to lay/sleep on the beds or sofas 6) you are liable in full for damages by your pet. Non-smoking: Smoking is allowed outside on designated places, and strictly forbidden inside the rooms. Violation will attract a cleaning fee of 50Euro payable cash at check-out. Room Allocation for Studio apartments: All our studios have same size and standard setup (private, en suite bathroom with WC) but individually styled/furnished. Due to possible last minute alterations of bookings, specific room allocations is not guaranteed. Complaints: We want you to enjoy your stay at our holiday home and have provided honest information to correctly guide your expectation. However if anything bothers you please feel free to address us immediately. We will make very effort to overcome the issue. Amendments: We reserve the right to amend this policy any time.
